By purchasing a ticket and attending event, organized by A2Z ENTERTAINMENT USA INC., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making your purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers are allowed once tickets are purchased, except as described in our Refund Policy.
You must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the event. Tickets must be purchased through authorized channels (e.g., our official website, approved ticket vendors). We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party purchases.
Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket is deemed invalid.
2. Ticket Resale and Transfer
Tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the express written consent of A2Z ENTERTAINMENT USA INC. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that are resold or transferred in violation of this policy.
3. Event Changes
A2Z ENTERTAINMENT USA INC. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or timing without notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes, but we will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees of any significant changes.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided for postponements.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued only for the face value of the ticket. Service fees, processing fees, and other charges may not be refunded.
5. Behavior and Conduct
Attendees must follow all event rules, regulations, and security guidelines. Disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
By attending, you agree to abide by all local laws, safety guidelines, and any additional health or safety requirements mandated by the event organizers (e.g., mask-wearing, health screenings).
6. Liability
A2Z ENTERTAINMENT USA INC., its affiliates, and event partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred at the event. Attending the event is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any issues arising from lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
7. Force Majeure
In the event that the concert or event is canceled, delayed, or disrupted due to causes beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or civil unrest), no refunds will be issued. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
8. Media Release
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. [Your Company Name] reserves the right to use these images and recordings in future marketing or promotional materials without compensation.
9. Age Restrictions

11. Prohibited Items

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey-USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Piscataway-New Jersey.
14. Amendments
A2Z ENTERTAINMENT USA INC. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review the terms prior to the event.
