Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, the amount will not be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred after purchase.

2. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the event that a concert is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. Refunds will not be offered for postponed events, but we will notify ticket holders of the new date as soon as possible.
If an event is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price (excluding any processing fees). Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Event Changes
Artists, venues, and performance times are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be provided in the event of changes to the lineup or schedule.

4. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.)

5. How to Request a Refund
If the event is canceled and you are eligible for a refund, we will contact you via email with instructions on how to proceed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 90 Days of the cancellation notice.
